Code of Ethics

SegurCaixa Holding’s Code of Ethics are aligned to those of the “la Caixa” Group and our shareholder, Criteria CaixaCorp. It is an enduring in time and, as such, we will improve on it with the experience we will acquire over the coming years.

The content is based on our three values: Trust, Quality and Dynamism, which define the identity of the organisation and must be transformed into attitudes and conduct with our stakeholders: shareholders, customers, employees, society and the environment.

Each and every one of the employees, directors and administrators at SegurCaixa Holding takes on this Code of Ethics as part of their duties and responsibilities while transmitting the corporate values to their day to day work.
